Christmas Hamper Appeal

November 27th, 2017 by Tom Davenport

This year we are partnering with Bournemouth Foodbank to help provide hampers for people in crisis across the town.

The vision is to deliver between 150 and 200 hampers, each capable of feeding a family of five for three days with all the seasonal goodies we might wish for them to have. We have committed to donating certain foodstuffs for the hampers, so we need your help!

Could you help by donating? We need 100 x pasta sauces, 100 x Jam and 50 x tins of custard. There is a box in the foyer at Woodbury Avenue for donations.

The parcels are being made up by Nationwide bank staff and will be delivered to families on 21st December. The foodbank need around 60 drivers to deliver 3 parcels each on this day, could you spend just an hour of your time doing this on the 21st December? If you’re willing to do this please apply via this link https://goo.gl/forms/sH1QxBvwgGXUG3iH2

Thank you for supporting those in crisis around our town!
