FEEDBACK

Gateway to Lansdowne

Gateway to Lansdowne is an introductory group for those who are new to Lansdowne Church. The group meets every Monday (except Bank Holidays) at Woodbury Avenue from 7.30pm – 9pm.

If you are new, or feel new, to Lansdowne, this will give you an opportunity to mix and mingle over coffee and cakes, to explore some of Lansdowne’s key values through Bible Studies and to learn about the many activities that take place throughout the Church.

Over the course of a rolling programme of 7 sessions, here are some of the subjects we will be exploring together:

  • What sort of Church is Lansdowne? Its recent history, current situation, future vision and values.
  • A place for growth – Our Small Group programme, discipleship and pastoral care.
  • Focus on families and the Church as a family – Activities for babies, toddlers, children and young people, pastoral care for families and support for singles.
  • Something for everyone – Activities for men, women, students, 20s – 30 and seniors.
  • Good news for all! Community action, outreach and evangelism.
  • To the ends of the earth – The Church’s mission partners and its work with internationals.
  • Getting involved – Discovering, developing and deploying your God-given gifts; opportunities for service.
