In prison or suffering?

How can we support the persecuted church?

Let me introduce you to Rev Robert de Berry.

He is a retired vicar who is cycling 900 miles from east Kent to Lands End and back, to raise money and awareness in support of freedom of religion and belief and the worldwide persecuted church. He has called the ride Bike Pilgrims, and will be joined by others along the way.

Forty-two churches on the route will be hosting prayer and worship evenings for the believers in the area, and this includes Lansdowne. It will be an evening to praise God together, to hear and learn about the work of Release International and CSW, and to pray.

The evening at Lansdowne will be on Monday 13 June, 7.30-9pm (Refreshments from 7pm.) To find out more why not visit:

Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.
— (Hebrews 13:3)

Please come along and join us on 13 June.
