Commitment to any team will typically involve 3 meetings between now and November, along with some roles requiring attendance at the event or on the evening before/morning afterwards for setting up/taking down.

Goody bags team. Commitment: 3 meetings, ideas and gathering items for the bags, stuffing the bags prior to the evening

Set up/ Take down team. Commitment: 3 meetings, and one of the following: 7-9pm 28th Nov, 4pm - 7pm or 9-10pm on 29th Nov, 9-11am 30th November.

Refreshments Team. Commitment: 3 meetings, serving and/or preparing food for guests on the 29th November

Demonstrator team. Commitment: 4 meetings, planning, preparing and resourcing the activity for guests, 5-10pm 29th November
