Christmas Offering 2024

Our Christmas offering this year will be divided equally between Hope Into Action and Fulani Ministries.

Hope Into Action (HIA) is a UK charity with the vision of helping every church lovingly make a home for people who have been homeless. In the BCP area, Lansdowne has partnered with Faithworks and HIA to provide befriending and support for a house to provide a home for up to three vulnerable women.  It enables them to rebuild their lives within a safe and welcoming environment, whilst receiving practical support and training from Faithworks, and friendship from a team at Lansdowne, who are able to share the gospel with them and demonstrate the love of God for them.

The Fulani people live in 22 countries of Africa. Fulani Ministries serves the Fulani people in Burkina Faso and in the many other countries where they are found. Their vision is to faithfully bring the gospel to the hearts of Fulanis across Africa and in other nations. They also make it their goal to relieve poverty and promote education among the Fulani people. A threefold mission to see God transforming lives: promoting the gospel, promoting education, relieving poverty.
